Project Kick-Off meeting
The beneficiaries of MusselsAlive met in Calais in France in the beginning of June 2010 in order to attend the project's kick-off meeting.
Technical and management aspects of the project were discussed, and a tour of SeaFare was included. As the project includes SME-Associations with members who are mussel producers in different regions of Europe, it was very useful to meet and discuss preferences regarding priorities and needs in the work ahead. The next meeting will take place in November 2010, where amongst other the work on Enhanced Scientific Understanding will be presented by the Research and Technology Developers and discussed among the project beneficiaries.
